Schedule of Events

The following is a tentative schedule and will be updated as we get closer to AppleCon opening day. There is a cash bar on-site and ID are checked at check in. If you do not have a bracelet or proof of ID, you will not be served alcoholic beverages. The simplest way to have access to the bar is to get a bracelet and keep it on.

Thursday October 1

12 noon – Vendor set up

5PM – Pre Con hang out – set up

Friday October 2 (Flannel Shirt Day)

8:00 – Vendor set up and check in / Staff finalizing set up

9:00 AM – Check in and Gaming begins in the barn!!!

11:00 AM – Opening ceremonies in the common area

Noon – Movies start in common area.

12:30 – 2:30 PM – BBQ and grill open

6:00 PM – Start up the firepit & S’Mores

Saturday October 3

9:00 AM – Gaming begins at all tables

12:00 – 2:00 PM – BBQ and grill open

5:00 PM – Raffle Drawing!!

Sunday October 4

9:00 AM – Gaming begins at all tables

5:00 PM – Closing events

6:00 PM – Tear down and clean up begins
